We act as an intermediary between guests and villa owners/operators. We curate and recommend luxury villas in Mykonos, pre-qualify guests, and coordinate bookings on behalf of villa owners. Additional services such as private transfers, in-villa chefs, and wellness treatments may also be arranged upon request.
2. Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount, as specified in the booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are set by villa owners and communicated in advance.

Payment terms, including deposit amounts and due dates, will be clearly stated prior to booking.

All payments must be made in the agreed currency and via approved payment methods.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:

Accept financial responsibility for any damage caused during their stay.
6. Liability

We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions).

Our responsibility is limited to arranging the booking and related services as agreed. The villa owner is solely responsible for the property, its maintenance, and services during your stay.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the fulfillment of a booking, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find alternative accommodation, but no refunds will be issued except as required under applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
