Villa Booking – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide an exceptional booking experience while ensuring fairness for both guests and villa owners. The following policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

1. Cancellation by the Guest
All bookings are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the guest, no refund will be issued for any amounts paid. At our discretion, and subject to availability, we may offer a one-time change of dates within 12 months.

2. Cancellation by the Villa Owner
In the unlikely event that the villa owner must cancel a confirmed booking, guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid and assistance in finding an alternative property of equal or higher standard.

3. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations). However, we will work with the guest to rebook for alternative dates when possible.

4. Special Terms
Certain villas may have their own specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated before booking and will override the above policy for that property.
